Arrival + Check-in

Once you arrive, you’ll check into your room—whether it’s on the main property or somewhere nearby. Get settled, breathe in that upstate New York air, and get ready for a fun weekend ahead.
Welcome Dinner
7:00 PM
Join us for a casual outdoor dinner to kick things off. It’s a chance to relax, catch up, and connect—especially as many of you will be meeting for the first time.
Evening Cocktails
9:00 PM
After dinner, head down to the boathouse for a few drinks by the water. Nothing too fancy—just a little nightcap and some good conversation before the weekend really gets going.

We’ll be saying our vows by the lake in a short, simple ceremony—just a simple moment to celebrate love (ours!) with all of you.
Reception

Right after the ceremony, we’ll ease into the evening with a welcome reception: drinks, snacks, and a chance to mingle before dinner officially begins.
Dinner
5:30 PM
Time to eat. We’ll sit down for a plated dinner and dessert outdoors, taking in the views and soaking up all the joy (and carbs). Come hungry.
Evening Bonfire

End the night with a bonfire, some cocktails, and definitely s’mores. Throw on a sweater, grab a blanket, and come hang out by the fire with us.

Before heading out, swing by for a laid-back brunch. One last bite, one more laugh, and a chance to say goodbye (for now).
